CIQTEK5000 is a high-resolution, feature-rich field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM, FEG SEM)
Advanced column design, high voltage tunneling technology (SuperTunnel), low aberration non-leakage magnetic objective lens design, to achieve low-voltage high-resolution imaging, while magnetic samples can be applied. Optical navigation, advanced automatic functions, well-designed human-machine interaction, and optimized operation.
Whether experienced or not, one can quickly get started with high-resolution shooting tasks.
CIQTEK SEM4000 is an analytical thermal field emission scanning electron microscope equipped with a high-brightness long life Schottky field emission electron gun.
Three-stage magnetic lens design, with large and continuously adjustable beam current, has obvious advantages in EDS, EBSD, WDS, and other applications. Support low vacuum mode, can directly observe the conductivity of weak or non-con-ductive samples. Standard optical navigation mode, as well as intuitive operation interface, make your analysis work easy.
CIQTEK SEM3200 is a high-performance tungsten filament scanning electron microscope. It has excellent image quality, low vacuum mode compatibility, high resolution images in different fields of view. The depth of field is large and the image is rich in stereo.
The CIQTEK SEM2000 is a basic and versatile analytical tungsten filament scanning electron microscope with 20 kV resolution up to 3.9 nm and support for upgrading to 30 kV, allowing observation of microstructural information of sub-microscale samples.
It has a larger range of motion than a desktop / benchtop SEM and is suitable for rapid screening of samples, and has more expansion interfaces for BSED, EDS/EDX, and other accessories to enable a wider range of applications.
IXRF Systems’ ATLAS M benchtop microEDXRF (micro XRF) spectrometer is the latest general purpose micro spot energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF) spectrometer microscope for the measurement and mapping of elements from sodium (Na) through uranium (U). Designed to image and analyze a wide variety of sample types, ATLAS leads the industry in virtually every major specification category from the most powerful software and the highest detector active area, to our superior perpendicular (normal) X-ray tube geometry geometry and smallest micro spot.
IXRF Systems’ ATLAS X mainframe micro-XRF spectrometer is the latest general purpose micro/small spot energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence (μXRF) spectrometer for the measurement and imaging/mapping of elements from sodium (Na) through uranium (U). Designed to image and analyze a wide variety of sample types, ATLAS leads the industry in virtually every major specification category from the most powerful software and the largest detector active area, to our superior perpendicular geometry and tiny 5 μm diameter micro XRF spot.
IXRF Systems’ ATLAS SEMI is the very latest micro spot energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence (micro XRF) imaging spectrometer for semiconductor metrology. Designed to image and analyze (edge-to-edge) wafers up to 300 mm diameter, ATLAS leads the industry in virtually every major specification category from the largest chamber and the highest detector active area, to the longest mapping travel and smallest X-ray micro-spot.
microXRF X-ray sources for Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEM): addition of an polycapillary X-ray tube and Iridium Ultra software will transform your SEM’s quantitative analytical capabilities. Higher peak to background ratios enable greater elemental sensitivity for higher Z elements: sensitivity exceeding e–-beam excitation by a factor of 10-1000X. Exceptional beam stability, together with a modern SDD X-ray detector, afford higher precision with ppm-level sensitivity. Non-conductive materials may be analyzed without any special preparation or coating. We integrate with your SEM to deliver full spectrum analysis using excitation from both the e–-beam and our X-ray source.
SEMPrep2 for high-quality site-specific sample preparation for SEM application
The new generation of state-of-the-art ion milling system meets with the highest demands. Multifunctional device for slope cutting and damage-free surface polishing, offered for SEM and EBSD users.
The UniMill model of Technoorg ion mills has been designed for extremely rapid preparation of high-quality TEM/XTEM samples with unsurpassed high thinning rate. The design of the instrument enables both rapid milling with the ultra-high-energy noble gas ion source and final polishing and cleaning with the patented low-energy ion gun.
Microsaw
Dedicated cutting device for sectioning TEM and smaller SEM specimens. It is a purpose-made tool for cutting almost any solid-state material with 0.01 mm accuracy.
Micropol is a precise mechanical specimen grinder/polisher designed for planar grinding, dimpling, thinning and polishing. High-quality samples are prepared with minimal effort by the operator.
High Vacuum Magnetron Ion Sputtering Coater provides the most stable sputtering environment and achieves the basic experimental conditions of magnetron sputtering in a very short period of time. It provides DC / RF two kinds of sputtering power options which allow sputtering conductive or non-conductive substance on specimen and improves physical vapor deposition (PVD) Performance. It is also excellent for surface treatment and coating. It is easy to operate and user friendly as well.
SD-900M is widely used to coat non-conductive or heat-sensitive SEM samples with Au for better imaging. It is also excellent for surface treatment and avoids damage to the substrate sample.
SD980 Model carbon coater is a fully-automated carbon coater that applies a thin conductive carbon film on a sample surface. Applying this coating to a non-conductive sample is an effective preparation technique for diminishing charge-up electron artifacts for analysis in a SEM. A pulsed mode for protecting samples is also included.
SD900C Model (Magnetron Ion Sputtering Unit) is widely used to coat non-conductive or heat-sensitive SEM samples with Au for better imaging. It is also excellent for surface treatment and avoids damage to the substrate sample.
